Hi Demi!

One of our members from Georgia -Ginny, she has 3 children with autism, a

husband with TBI from the military and I believe she said she has lupus and all

in her family are benefiting from Nutriiveda. I'll email you in private and copy

Ginny on it to introduce you two- not sure if she'll see this, and not sure if

she ever writes to the group- just reads.

About the vitamin D- NV from diet has Vitamin D-3 (cholecalciferol) 400 IU per 2

scoops (they have 100% next to that) but if you use 2 servings a day that is 800

IU and that is what the NIH guidelines have for adults as the recommended dosage

http://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/VitaminD-QuickFacts/

The vitamin D in NV is not added -it's from one of the foods ( can tell

us which one or ones :) and the vitamin D in NV is the same as the one from the

sun. This is an area I don't have to worry much about living in Florida -but

know that awareness for vitamin D has grown. May want to read up from the

following link -lots of interesting info:

http://www.vitamindcouncil.org/

Let me know if you want me to email you 's number too. Oh and PS -for

those that don't have the nutritional label as I know you do Demi

ion/

(we're still moving info over and updating -not done yet but are they ever?!!

ha!)
