Hi All,

The NYC DOE is giving my son an Assistive tech Eval. I 'm not sure of what my

rights are under the circumstances. The eval is being performed at their office

when I believe it should be at his school in order to be able to ask any

questions about his needs and abilities to his teachers and SLP. Any help will

be greatly appreciated.
