Okay, Im confused about omega 3/6/9

Now, do I need to give something else besides 3/6/9 or is that enough?

I have been reading about pro efa / pro epa (people have been combining this). I

understand that pro efa is the same as 3/6/9. So, if I give 3/6/9 do I need to

give something else to equal pro epa or is 3/6/9 enough? And how many capsules

of each and is it given all at once?
