I am desperate to find a speech therapist for my son Adam who barely can say ten

words but many sounds and can nonverbally communicate. He just turned five in

November. He has Apraxia and SPD. He has been growing more and more frustrated

since beginning school in September. Please help I have private insurance as

well as Social Security Medicaid. Thanks

Also please tell me if he's still in preschool (I hope!) The fact he is showing

this much frustration already and he's only turned 5 in November tells me you

probably should be looking for an advocate as well as an SLP -and if he's in

kindergarten -for SURE you'll want an advocate!

Thanks!
