Amazing revelation!!

I just had the most AHA amazing revelation!!

Ever since I was 25, I have gotten migraines. Usually I get 4-6 per month.

Sometimes they last up to 3 days & are moderate to extremely painful. Imitrex

helps most of the time. My triggers are usually a combo of lack of sleep,

changes up/down in the barometric pressure, strong smells (smoke, perfume, etc),

stress, & forgetting to eat.

When I started on NV in Oct I was also on my 3rd month of doxycyclene for Lyme

disease in my rt knee. (I've had a torn medial meniscus & swollen knee since

June). I finally stopped taking antibiotics in the beginning of Dec.

For the past several yrs I have gotten a bad migraine on Christmas eve. This

year, NO migraine!! I still had the usual stress & lack of sleep BUT NO

migraine!?! Hmmmm.... Then about a month later in Jan I noticed that even

w/the frequent snows that I hadn't gotten as many migraines--- & the 1-2 I got

were very mild. Normally a drop in pressure comes w/the snow & I get a

migraine. Also---no migraines during the Feb blizzards!!

Well, last week I had a cyst lanced on my back & started on antibiotics as a

preventive since the cyst was infected. Guess what?? I have had 4-5 small

migraines & 1 huge one---since 3/16!!!

So NV has taken away 95% of my migraines!! BUT when on antibiotics, NV's

effectiveness is greatly reduced. Also, my sugar cravings are back.

AND I did some squats last Fri (w/o wts) & on Sat, my knee was incredibly

swollen---it took 3 days to resolve & is still bothering me.

So....not only is the NV preventing my migraines ....it is also protecting my

knee & decreasing the swelling.

WOW!!!

I hope u are as amazed @ this as I am!!
