Nutriveda and reflux?

I got the go-ahead from my son's pediatrician yesterday to try Nutriveda...but

before I order it I still have some questions.

He is currently on Prevacid for reflux and I was wondering if anyone else's

child who is on Nutriveda deals with reflux too? Did you stop the reflux

medication or continue you with it? Has the reflux gotten better or worse?

As an SLP who works w/kids who r picky/problem eaters & MOST have had reflux in

the past, I would rec w NV to cont on the Prevacid for a few months & see how he

progresses. Then perhaps w/his GI doc's guidance, u could lower the dosage of

his meds slowly.

Mine have reflux too - maybe it wouldn't work in your case, but we've been

able to control it pretty much with high dose of probiotics and a spoonful

of raw apple vinegar a day (I know weird, but when I researched remedies it

came up as the top non-medical one people us, and it actually worked) - just

thought I'd share that.
