CRON recipe: Bob's oatmeal

I submit this recipe for all to judge. Sure would like to hear ways

of improving it. Keep in mind that I eat this every, I mean every

morning and really, I mean really enjoy it. It is filling enough to

get me though the day until supper time around 6 PM with no hunger

during the day or lack of energy. I work as a landscaper, so I burn

up a lot of energy everyday including most weekends.

1 cup.......Quaker quik oats

1/4 cup.....Non-fat Dry Milk, instant

2 tblsp.....Kretschmer's Toasted wheat germ

1 tblsp.....Wolfberries

1 cup.......Skim milk

Combine ingredients in breakfast bowl and nuke in the microwave for

3.5 minutes. I let it cool a few minutes to congeal then chop it up

with my spoon to make it lumpy. Then I add:

1/2 cup.....Fresh blueberries (frozen won't do, too mushy)

1/2 cup.....Skim milk (approx)

Mix slightly then enjoy.

592 calories not counting wolfberries.
