Hi !

Happy Easter and sorry it's taken a bit for me to get back to you.

Through the http://www.PursuitofResearch.org website for nutriiveda you don't

have to stay on autoship that's the only way for us to get the product out at

our cost but you can cancel it or pause it etc.

We do have this on the Pursuit site but you may have missed it. When we place

the order in order to charge you the wholesale vs retail cost we have to place

you in as a preferred customer but all you have to do is call and speak to live

support at: (801) 878-8000 or (Toll Free): (866) 349-9911 M-F pretty much all

day and they can either

A. cancel your autoship

B. pause your autoship for up to 3 months

C. edit your autoship for amount and/or flavor etc.

* the (800) 814-0678 is just to place orders through -please use (801) 878-8000

or toll free (866) 349-9911 to cancel, pause or edit your nutriiveda order.

If you choose to cancel autoship and want to do that right after you place the

order please wait at least a day after the order is placed or you may mess up

the one order shipping out to you. After that you can call at any point and

again you can cancel, pause or edit your order easily through the toll free

number- and it will be taken care of immediately and professionally. If you

have not tried nutriiveda yet I've been telling people that's it's probably

better to pause the order because based on our group's results almost all are

seeing the surges and know of only a rare few that wouldn't need more -in fact

there is a new epidemic of fear of running out of nutriiveda! Again I know it's

hard to decide if you want autoship if you don't even know if it's going to work

for you yet- but it's the only way we are able to sell nutriiveda for 40 dollars

a canister and not the retail cost...and again no worries to cancel, pause or

edit that.

Do you know what the shipping charge is? Or is it just dependent on where you

live? Also, do you know how long it usually takes to get? Now that I've

finally ordered it, I'm anxious to get it and try it!

I'm sorry , I just thought of another question.

How many scoops are in one canister? I'm trying to figure out how fast I'll be

going through a canister if both me and my son are using it. Thanks!

Hi !

There are 30 scoops per canister so for a child 3 and under one canister will

last a month. For a child 4 to 8 it should last around 2 weeks and for children

9 and older on a therapeutic dosage a canister will last a bit longer than a

week. Shipping for 2 canisters is 7.95 and 4 canisters is only 11.95 for

shipping. If you order more than that it's still very reasonable considering

the weight. Just 2 canisters of Nutriiveda in the shipping box is 4 pounds so

you can use that as a rough estimate for weight for ordering more -think when I

ordered 10 canisters so around 20 pounds and it was around 16 to ship (and I'm

in a state that does not charge state tax)

You didn't ask about tax but some states do charge state tax and some do not so

if you order 2 canisters it should be 80 dollars for the canisters and 7.95 for

shipping -if it's more than that you are in a state that charged tax too. You

can always call (866) 349-9911 to question any shipping or tax cost. Eventually

since Nutriiveda is 100 percent food there may be a point that tax will be

removed from those states that are currently charging tax. As far as how long?

It used to take 10 days for those of us on the East Coast as it was shipping out

only from the West but they are now shipping from Georgia as well. So now I

tell everyone to give around 5 days to a week for shipping. Depending upon

where you live it can be sooner.

What I tell most people I speak to is once you get the product and use it for a

few days and know how long it took you to get the product -call (866) 349-9911

and give them your name and order more or you'll run out if you don't plan. If

you are like most of us -trust me you'll know in the first few days you want

more. And the good and bad news is that if you are one of the rare that doesn't

notice any changes -it does come with a 30 day money back guarantee which all

the details of that are on the site too. I think in the entire time we've had

the http://www.pursuitofresearch.org site up there has been one return? Any
