I didn't noticed a shipping charge on my order ... is there one?

Also, I didn't see anything about an automatic shipment thing, but it looks like

that's what it is (based on the confirmation email message I got). Can someone

explain how that works?

Thanks! I can't wait til it gets here now and we (I'm going to try it alongside
