Guest guest
has given me permission to share his updates about his 6 year old apraxic son with apraxia who had little to no progress prior to NV. Dominic has been on NV for about 33 days now. Below this message I have the previous updates. Today's update is a 1 month update. As always if anyone wants to contact email me at lisa@... " I just received Dominic's report card for what his school calls the second trimester. I wanted to let you know what his speech teacher wrote, " Since his IEP in February, Dominic has had an " explosion " of language. He typically is producing 5-6 word sentences, commenting spontaneously, stating his likes, dislikes, using prepositional phrases, using conjunctions, following along in our group and volunteering answers. His speech also appears more fluent and less halting. It appears that he seems to have less difficulty finding the words that he wants to say. " This was great to hear, because to me, it seems after the big surge in the beginning about a month ago, we have leveled off and i haven't noticed anything else since. I guess i see him to often to notice some of the changes. Were definitely going to keep him on NV, and as long as the teachers are noticing something, that is great. " I have added the last few updates for 's son here http://pursuitofresearch.com/2010/11/22/is-nutriiveda-creating-a-paradigm-shift-\ in-treatment-of-speech-impairments/ =====

Guest guest
It sounds like our children are the same age. My son has been on NV since Christmas and what you wrote below could be for my son. I can't even believe my son is reading books out loud now just as you say your son started doing too. So amazing. Congratulations to both of us LOL!
