I prefer the chocolate, but I have to confess it doesn't seem to matter to my

son - he just doesn't care for either. I tried mixing it in applesauce, with a

little water - pudding-like, in the blender with ice and almond milk, in

chocolate coconut milk yogurt . . . nothing worked. Finally, what we did was to

mix it in the blender with about 4 oz of almond milk and feed it to him with a

large medicine dropper. Worth the trouble! You may not have as big a problem

with your son - mine just doesn't care for smoothies or shakes of any kind!

one taste better than the other? What do you other parents mix it with?

We just got the chocolate, I haven't tried the vanilla yet. We mix it in milk

and he drinks it right up. It's not that much different than carnation instant

breakfast, I don't think.

my son absolutely hates smoothies or shakes, so I was having SUCH a hard time

getting the nutriveda into him because as i've said, i think he's part camel.

what has now helped is hot chocolate.  This is something that my son and

husband have everyday but i was having trouble blending it in so it was smooth

enough.

I found a milk frother at ikea and all my troubles ended!!  We are even now at

the point that i just put in a half teaspoon of hot chocolate mix and i probably

dont even

have to do that. But i put the half teaspoon with enough hot water to mix it,

pour in cold milk and then add the nutriveda and use the milk frother...voila!

it's been working

very well that way and the milk frother (1.99 at ikea) makes it very smooth, way

better than my blender.

sandy

/p.s. that was the best 3.99 cdn that i ever spent!!!
