Guest guest
My 4 yr old is quite large for his age (50 pounds and over 4 ft tall). We've had him on 1 tsp. of EFA and 2 capsules of EPA (he takes caps fine, but we try to break it up so he's not swallowing 6 caps a day) every morning. Has anyone gone beyond this amount, and if so, was it any better than before? I ask since his BM's have not been at all oily or soft. Also, we're waiting until track-out from preschool in a couple of months to start the NV (don't want him to lose services). He's increased his vocab and focus, but his articulation is still lacking. Any suggestions are welcome!!! Thanks!
