Newly Diagnosed With Apraxia

Hello Everyone-

I'm new today to the group and was reaching out for some peer connections.

After 6 months of kicking around the idea, our doctors, therapists etc are now

going to diagnose our daughter Lillian with apraxia.

We have already started EI, but are otherwise lost to the information, resources

and options available for our daughter and our family.

We are in " whatever it takes mode " obviously... but where to start? EI can only

give and do so much and they seem so over extended and unhelpful.

To be fair our daughter has no other issues. She has good cognative skills,

fine and gross motor skills. She has been picking up signs and has started to

make some vocalizations.

Any advice woudl be appreciated.
