Guest guest
Hello all and Ed, I would be really curious to see a list of those more or less basic 30 foods that the Okinawans typically eat each day. Is this more or less repeated everyday, or is it from a larger list of 'favorites' that are rotated throughout the week? Ditto with the herbs that are commonly used. I think the whole way of life sounds ideal and that perhaps the communtiy support, contentment, and feeling useful are strong incentives to stay alive as well as the diet. I notice a growing tendency in the medical community for doctors to give inferior treatment to the aged, even mumbling (here in overcrowded Holland) " Ach, they've lived a long life already.... " It is horrifying to say the least. Will it end up that only the celebs, the rich and the politicians are cheered on to the end with the very best care? Or can we change this in our lifetime? I guess one way is to reduce sickness and disease with CR! best for now MM _________________________________________________________________ Join the world’s largest e-mail service with MSN Hotmail. http://www.hotmail.com
