Guest guest
I personally take MAX GXL... a product speaks of in the email below. I KNOW for a fact that, that product (MAX GXL) works in many ways. And, this is a company that is full of integrity. For me, the product (which is taken twice a day/3 pills... a total of 6 pills) worked wonders. I took the 6 pills for a year. Due to cost (because we also buy Nutriveda and Univera products each month), we have not continued the MAX GXL... something had to give... we were spending about $800/month between these 3 supplements for some of the family members. If the MAX GXL was still needed more than once a day, I would DEFINITELY continue to pay for it. My arm was injured in a reflexology treatment... and, I lost COMPLETE use of my right arm. It went numb, tingled... for a YEAR. I could not hold items or lift my arm. The MAX GXL changed all of that within 2 weeks on the product. I am not sure kids could swallow that size pill, but it's definitely a great product. I suppose it would have to be taken out of the capsul and mixed in a cold food item. I'm sure you can find an active rep. that goes to their weekly meetings and hear miracle stories. I wouldn't discount this product at all. Patty From: mommie2chris@... I stopped going to him because he was always touting himself that it was these adjustments that were helping my son, and all the autistic patients that he saw, not the hard work that my son did along with all the other things we were doing. He had started selling this product and asked me to try them out. I told him that I would try them on me first and he thought that was a great idea because, in his words, I would be feeling like a million bucks. Well I didn't so I never bought it for my son. The cranial adjustments were ok and I believe that they enhanced everything we were doing, but weren't the reason for my son doing better. There is nothing I hate more than a practitioner telling me that I have to keep doing something that only benefits him. Coincidentally, I still have the box. (time to clean out the vitamin cupboard!) So here are the ingredients listed Vitamin C(as calcium ascorbate USP). 250mg l glutamine. 750mg N-acetyl cysteine. 375mg Alpha lipoid acid. 75mg Proprietary gsh absorption & . 488mg Recycling blend: cordyceps, n-acetyl D-glucosamine, quercetin, milk thistle Extract(silybum marianum)80% silimarin 100% natural Caution: this product is for adult use only. It is not for use by young children, pregnant women or nursing mothers. Oh, and the % daily value of the vitamin c it says 417% and no value established on the other ingredients My opinion of it? Not worth the expensive price tag and I feel way more confident in the NutriiVeda ingredients. Hth Sandy (who by the way is now throwing out the box!) > > I am on another board for information on autism and there is a supplement called MaxGXL that keeps coming up. I had never heard of it and was just curious if anyone has. I know is very up on what is good and what is bad so I thought I'd check in. I am not interested in trying it as we love NV and fish oil combo but just curious about it and the back story. It supposedly really helps some children with autism and speech issues to speak. >
