My daughter and I have attended Camp Chatterbox for the past 4 years. She is

10.  We have had a great experience and we're ready to go again this year. My

daughter loves it and talks about it all year long. It is so much fun that the

kids don't even realize how much they are learning. I would be happy to answer

any questions you have about it.

I knew there was someone out there who'd been going for years, but couldn't

Where is the camp? I had a hard time opening the link.

Its in NJ and is run by Childrens Specialized Hospital. Its for kids and

their AAC devices to learn to use them. Even siblings can go. My 9yo

daughter has a Dynavox but she doesnt need it as much anymore and my

youngest is 6yo and they only want siblings over 7yo. Maybe next summer

for us! It sounds great!

I think the problem is there are duplicate links sticking together -you have to

copy and then paste the link to get to the page. Here it is

no longer would need a camp like this for my son because he is now talking in

sentences and being understood by people other than me and my husband in these

past 3 months of being on NV because we live nowhere near New Jersey. It looks

like a camp I would have been interested in last year. Kate
