Ethan says his first sentence!!!!!!!

Hi all,

I have to share our great news! Tonight while playing in his ball pit, my

little guy signed ball, I said, " Ethan, use your voice. " He looked at me and

said, " More ball Mama. " I nearly fell off my chair!!!!! It was the first time he

ever combined words and each was so clear. He also for the first time blew

bubbles this past weekend! His therapist has been working on this with him for

months and he was never able to do it. My husband and I were both cheer-leading

lunatics for each and every bubble!

I can honesty say it is due in large part to starting NV last Friday one scoop

per day. Thank you GOD for this support group and NV!

Now get him some of those Gazillion bubbles from Walmart- they are

awesome!

How awesome!!!! And I so agree about getting all the bubble toys -we are coming

to the best time of year for blowing bubbles too!! (so you and your husband may

need to also pick up some throat lozenges at Walmart while you are there I

wish there were videos for some of these incredible updates! About the ball pit

-we used to throw into ours not just the plastic balls that come with it- but

any balls laying around the house. The ball pit was our clean up place to store

'any' soft balls (and then Ethan gets more balls!!)

Congratulations -go give Ethan a hug from all of us!!!

One other thing- in a few weeks when you have a chance, please take the survey

SLP and teachers start commenting -so you should be hearing that next if you

This is such a blessing to experience, I know exactly how you feel and

congratulations. I want to also recommend the large bubble wands. It doesn't

help teach them to blow but it's so great for motor planning in the body and my

son loves his. Kate
