Developmental Pediatrician Virginia, land or DC? (or PA)

Hello,

My son's doctor referred us to a developmental pediatrician today, partly for

his speech issues and partly because she diagnosed him as failure to thrive. I

was wondering if anyone could recommend a dev pedi in the Virginia, land or

DC? PA is fine too if it's a really good doctor :) She mentioned Children's

Hospital in DC, a practice in Fredericksburg that is based out of Richmond's

Children's Hospital, and UVA as possibilities.
