I have full permission to share this with you and for you giving this to

others to look at for asisstance by the parent - no HIPPA laws are being

violated.

Also - just found out a couple of hours ago that Nolan has been touched on

his prviates anywhere between 3 to 5 times by a boy in his class during PE.

Nobody did anything about it. They did not report it to CPS. I am doing so

tomorrow.
