The flavors are VERY concentrated. Like, 4 drops of peppermint

is used to flavor the frosting for a cake.

For pudding lovers (all flavors of pudding):

Lowest calorie guar pudding sweetened with Sucralose

has 6 calories per 1/2 cup (serving size)....

provided that it is flavored with a non-caloric

flavor extract, such as raspberry, butter rum,

blueberry, etc.

That means that you could eat a full quart of very
