Guest guest
The " snappish " behavior cited in the Wall Street article seems very negative to me. Although there is clearly some snappish behavior on the lists, other lists I have been on are worse. I am not more snappish - if anything I am less. Since I have improved my son and husband's ON status - both with food and supplements, they are considerably calmer and more agreaable. Our household is very civilized and pleasant now. Do others think they are more snappish? Perhaps my family is not pushing ourselves to the extreme yet - I am at 24% body fat, my son at 7%, my husband at 10%. It seems to me that those on the list approaching 1% are taking a risky approach, since they are considerably below Walford's recommendation.
