Hi Guys!

Read about you in the Wall Street Journal the other day. I've been a

Zone Diet guy for about 10 years and you guys are very similar. In

fact, by my calculations, the number of calories recommended for the

Zone seems about the same as CR. I guess you guys are a little bit

more restrictive, right?

Is there any " rule of thumb " as far as how many calories to consume?

Or is it best just to experiment and listen to your body?

I'm looking forward to learning more about CR. Any advice for a

Newbie is appreciated.
