Guest guest
I know I know you ask a one line question and I answer with another book! Not many have tried Accell yet that I know -more are just using digestive enzymes but I highly encourage all to check into Accell because it's got the enzymes -but so much more. And yes I do notice quite a few differences. Tanner has now been on Nutriiveda since October of 2009 and Accell for the past few months. I have below in the archives what we noticed in addition to what we have seen with Nutriiveda. To sum it up -more energy and fluidity to his athletic performances. In fact...and I didn't even know how to share this as it's SO amazing. OK Tanner just got 3 ribbons at Track and Field Day -this is in a regular Jr. High School competing against all the other students. He got FIRST PLACE blue ribbon for the 440 Relay FIRST PLACE blue ribbon (again!!) for the mile relay -and he got second place red ribbon for tug of war. For those of you that have a child with apraxia that is a young teen -are you kidding- I would have been happy if he ran the entire mile before!!! And he ran kind of- well not graceful -you wouldn't say fluid. So while these improvements are not the speech academics sense of humor things we see with NV as I have here http://pursuitofresearch.org/pursuit-of-research/ as Tanner is par for the course for most with apraxia -for those that try the Accell I'd say you too will see more grace and energy in athletics -and the other incredible thing is that it did appear to relax him to open up with the other kids -come out of his shell. For those that don't know he has no issues making friends and has lots of friends -but this year he's in a new school. For any child having to go to a brand new 8th grade where everyone knows each other is tough -but for a 14 year old going through puberty -worrying about how others perceive him or that his speech would " mess up " he became quiet at this new school. Accell helps relax the body -which seems contradictive to the energy part -but please read up on Accell http://pursuitofresearch.org/products/accell/ For anyone that is already a customer of PursuitofResearch.org they have a special where you can order a shaker bottle with 7 sticks of Accell for I think it was 16 dollars? And they also have 3 boxes of 20 for 99 dollars. For children taking just 1 scoop of NV a day you'd probably only need 1/4 of one packet a day. For those taking 2 scoops -1/2 packet a day...and for 4 to 6 scoops a day you can just add 1 packet a day- split up of course just like the NV. If you have any other questions let me know -but I would like to start more on the Accell -think it's another home run. Not as WOW as NV -but for what it does from what I have seen and have documented here -totally way more than the subtle results most of us come to expect with most therapies! Would love to hear from others too! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~start of archives As great as fish oils and NV have been for all of our children, they are horrible for us for advocacy because I see it over and over through the past decade that once a child starts to surge -the parent who was so involved is no longer reaching out to help the new parents. My plea is to keep reaching out. Because the goal doesn't end when your child is able to put together 6 or 7 word sentences -it's to help this population we outreach to. In today's world even if one has a minor articulation problem their cognitive ability is judged. We need to change that- and we can't do that in isolation -we need to work together. And to me the most remarkable part of your child's transformation is what happened in the first 3 months on NV -which was after years of fish oils -your child went on diagnosis from Kent University from severe profound to mild moderate from the same neurologist and SLP where they credit that to " Since he is improving, perhaps it is a combination of the intense (twice a week 45 minute sessions) speech therapy and the Nutriiveda. " . That is crazy incredible!!! But also a bit funny if you think about it because goodness knows there are tons of us including me that did intensive therapy 6 days a week and didn't have our children go from severe profound to mild moderate in anywhere near 3 months!!! I mean we have parents of apraxic children who are SLPs that of course live with their child 24/7 who can't pull that magic out of the hat! (unless they added the NV tothe hat) So your 5 1/2 year old child's journey from severe profound to mild moderate apraxia professional diagnosis is here http://pursuitofresearch.com/2010/11/22/is-nutriiveda-creating-a-paradigm-shift-\ \ in-treatment-of-speech-impairments/ Hasn't your kids been on NV for a year now? Enzymes have been brought up a number of times and I know you just added them recently and have noticed more improvements. While for most fish oils are a given to use, and for even more NV is for sure a given, enzymes are a " try " as some do notice a difference when they are added and some don't. You want to know what's worth it and what is a waste of money. I put Tanner on Accell which was created by the same doctors to work together with the Nutriiveda and have shared here what I have seen with that. But Accell is more than just digestive enzymes -I'm actually pretty intrigued with the herb Bramni in it. Brahmi (Bacopa Monnieri) 10:1 Extract * Enhances Cognitive Ability * Improves Both Short Term And Long Term Memory * Improves Motor Learning Ability * Strengthens Adrenal Process * Anti Stress Properties Has been used for centuries in Ayurveda for its ability to decrease cognitive stress. This herb supports clarity and focus. Brahmi also helps improve the physical processes involved in relaxation. http://pursuitofresearch.org/products/accell/ I still say the relaxation part helped Tanner in this new school with all these new kids as it was reported by all his teachers...and an herb clinically validated to improve motor learning ability?!!! But we don't know why NV is working so well for so many, which is why we can look to improve, but we need to understand unlike brahmi and unlike enzymes - the essential nutrients such as essential fatty acids in fish oils http://pursuitofresearch.org/2010/12/01/therapeutic-use-of-fish-oil-for-apraxia-\ \ autism-and-other-communication-impairments/ and the essential amino acids and nutrients such as those found in food sources in NV http://pursuitofresearch.org/products/nutriiveda/nutriiveda-ingredients/ are essential for all humans for life. The rest may come and go -are superfluous. =====

Guest guest
Thank you guys! Tanner's made not just an impression on us -but with the other families. Tanner as I wrote before played varsity basketball and now he's been playing football. There are now a few of the families that have ordered NV for their kids (none of them special needs) for height and athletic edge -and also just for the extra good nutrition. It is working for growth on those that don't have special needs too -but that we would have figured. I guess what hits people is that I'm only 5 foot 5 and my husband is only 5 foot 8 and we have now 2 sons that are both shot up to 6 foot tall at 14 and 16 years old within months of starting NV. My husband drinks NV every day but I tell him it's too late for him now!! None of the other families at Tanner's school have tried the Accell yet -just the NV. If you would have told me that anything could work as good as this- no way would I have believed it. Winning running races? I never ever would have believed that based on even the way he ran about a year ago. It's again like he's a different person, fluid, graceful when he moves now- he wasn't like that before. The motor planning is so greatly improved. And this is just one of the areas of improvement. It's all great that's for sure! =====

Guest guest
Hi Barb, If you go to the order page https://pursuitofresearch.org/order-products/ and click on the words " click-to-show-more-product options " you'll see the Accell. I didn't want most to be confused as the main product we speak of is NV. If you are already a customer through the pursuitofresearch team and get NV and want to try Accell -you can call 866 349 9911 and the customer service can help- they are super nice. (but don't know if they are there today? I know some Saturdays they are but all I'm not sure. I know they are there M- F 7 to 7 MST for sure) =====
