Guest guest
Hi, Has any parent here tried audio integration therapy for their child? We were recently in Mumbai and met someone who said that my daughter is sound sensitive and that AIT would work wonders for her. She told us that it would clear her speech as well as the vestibular and other sensory issues we're seeing. Basically, it involves making the child wear headphones and listen to sounds of different frequencies two times a day for half an hour each for a duration of 10-12 days. It's supposed to be effective in reorienting the auditory system. Sounded quite wonderful to me if true. Would welcome inputs from other parents who are trying / have tried this approach. Thanks, Nikunj
