Poppy: we have many vegans on CR on the list. You're not alone. As with a normal diet, you just have to watch that you get all your nutrients (and don't, for example, become anemic). Start by going to the files on the home page, (click files in the left hand margin) and read them starting with " CR Made Easy " ) In the CR ME file, you'll find tips especially for vegetarians or vegans. And read Walford for sure. Thanks. I glad to hear there are other vegans. So far I have done really well,my blood test results are great. I also give blood regularly. All I think I have to do is reduce my cals without nutrient loss. I am only 29 but I plan on living until 120(at least,knock on wood)!
