Guest guest
Now when I think of a dog I think of a Doberman or Rottie. I used to have a 90 lb. Dobie but she died. She was the most gentle dog I have ever seen.... I was going to have her attack trained and my Vet. told me that they are the ones that turn on you.. They are bred for protection and if need be they will do just that.... I listened to him and was never sorry..... She was like my baby. (Gretchen) Sure do miss her.... Guest guest
Your absolutely right! Although I swore I'd NEVER get married again, especially to a man with kids. So 4 years later I married a man with 4 kids and it was the smartest move I'd made. But I had many years of being single and enjoyed them immensely. I'm like you, I like my own company. Guest guest
That is so cool. I had a terrier mix from the pound . I was dating a guy and Scruffy shit in his boot. He didn't know it until he put the boot on. I stayed with this guy for 7 years and he was the BIGGEST loser in my life. I should have listened to the dog in the beginning of the relationship. Guest guest
Hi, Diane, Good for you. You sound very clear-headed, and obviously you know what you want -- or don't want. You may have mentioned it before, but did he give you any support at all with the hep C? Just curious. Best wishes,

I can't think about Rooty not being here any more (he is very healthy at age 7 but has slowed down compared to how he used to be). He is mostly black lab with some boxer. If we get another dog after him it will be something smaller -- a " mature couple's dog--with short legs! " Regards, Re: [ ] Good Morning ....... Guest guest
Some times if we get a heavy rain durring the Monsoon you will see water in the river beds. But if we get a normal snow fall in the north & normal winter rain in the desert. We have several feet of water over flowing the banks. If you were out here before they increased the sizes of the lakes. We might of had flooding during the Monsoon's.
