Obviously most parents of typically developing 3 y/o have said " shhh " to their

kiddos countless times but this was a first. I still can't promise that it is

related to starting EPA/EFA last week but I had read that increased babbling and

attempts at talking would be noted within the first couple of weeks. I have to

say he has been a babbling maniac and although there haven't been any words per

se his approximations are much clearer. His debut have walking has become a

daily occurrence as well...an unexpected but amazing development. Can't wait to

meet with Hoffman in a couple weeks to start a relationship with a

therapist who specializes in apraxia.

I do have a question about the EPA/EFA; is there a recommended time to give it?

I have been giving him 1 EFA with breakfast and 1EFA/1EPA with dinner.

Thanks for the support from this group.
