Guest guest
Robin: since you don't eat any fatty fish (which IMHO is a real deficiency in a vegetarian diet) and probably are also opposed to taking fish oil pills, you really need some source of Omega 3's. Ground flax seed is one way, but there's an easier way to get it (and a more delicious way): Spectrum makes an Omega 3 spread (which looks like margerine or butter and tastes great) which you can add to cooked foods, put on your cooked veggies, or spread on whole wheat bread. I buy my Spectrum Spread in Fresh Fields, a health food chain.
