Very impressive indeed, Francesca! Good going! I totally relate because I

have the same family background as you regarding hypertension.

Francesca,

This is great news! I'm sure many members of this group have a

genetic minefield ahead of them and that's one of the main

motivations for undertaking the discipline of CRON. I for one am

definitely not a genetically long-lived strain of human ;)

It's great to hear that you have so clearly outsmarted your fate!

Please keep us posted. News like this is what the support group is

all about.
