Guest guest
: if you are feeling weak and/or depressed it is very likely something is wrong. Are you going too fast? S-L-O-W down. Ease into it. You have the rest of your life. Going too fast is counterproductive, and also can lead to problems such as osteoporosis (which many of us unfortunately have). If the diet gives you depression, that's not a good sign. In fact many (not me unfortunately) report an increased sense of well being. Also, how old are you? The older you are, the more moderate you should take it. Be sure if you're feeling weak, you're getting enouph protein. This is noted in Walford's book as a probable cause of feeling tired or weak. Another tip: for depression, eat more fish!!
