Guest guest
Francesca, Strange they slam Barry Sears and his new book, and then state that their main arguments against fish oil are the contaminants. Sear's new book is basically a marketing tool to sell his 'molecular distilled (pharamceutical grade) fish oil'. In it he claims his oil is superior and can be taken in large quatities because all the contaminants (PCB's etc) have been removed. Something they didn't mention is that studies show significant health benefits from low-fat fish as well, casting doubt on the hypothesis that the health benefits come from omega 3 alone. Thanks for the post. -Matt --- In @y..., Francesca Skelton <fskelton@e...> wrote: > http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A47504-2002May20.html
