Ake, I don't know a lot about energy content.. but will add the

nutritional profile for the shake... as I understand it this shake

pretty much should take care of your needs for the day..hence the

MEGA designation.

From book: Note when you add 1 tablespoon of bran flakes you gain 20

percent of your daily need for Vit B12. 10 % for Vit A and 10 % for

iron. The bran flakes make the shake almost thick enough to eat with

a spoon. One half a mango boost the shake by 119 percent of your

daily need for Vit A, 71% for C and 10 % for fiber.

Calories 388 Percent of calories from fat 8 %, protein 21 %

carbohydrates 70% 12 mg Cholesterol

Nutritonal profile (% of RDA) per serving Vit - A 38,Vit C- 176, Vit

D -26, Vit- E 43, Vit K -5, Thiamine- 124, Riboflavin -66, Niacin -

25, Vit B6- 50, Folacin - 107, Vit B12 -55, Pantothenic Acid -83,

Biotin -24, Calcium- 51, Phosphorus- 56, Magnesium -33, Potassium-

90, Sodium -23, iron -16,Copper -36, Magnese-32, zinc -28, Selenium -

54, Chromium -53.
