Guest guest
Everyone in my immediate family, mother, father , 2 older brothers has suffered from high blood pressure as they aged. My deceased mother, father and one brother were all on medication. My living brother is overweight and indeed is on BP medication. It is with pride that I relate my latest BP numbers: about 110/65 (although I admit this round of BP readings was taken in a supermarket BP machine). This is about the same BP that I had as a teen and young adult. As one of the older cronies, I would certainly, at this point in my life, be on BP medication, were it not for CR, as my family history would dictate and as every single member of my immediate family has been.
