Good luck, [ ] questions concerning supplements Hi, I'm wondering what forms of these supplements that Andy recommends should be taken: B complex equivalent to b25 or b50 Zinc Magnesium Vitamin E there are so many different forms, ie: citrate, glycinate, malate, sterate, etc. I'm confused at which ones to get (the rest on his list I understand.)
