A piece of carrot cake at 1560 calories is my day's food in calories. The tips on what to do are useful for you who want to go to such places. For me, if I am going to fork over the dough, I over-fork in the you-know-what. Instead of Eat Out Healthfully, I Eat In Healthfully -- hopefully (with life extension). Cheers, Al.
