Guest guest
<<<< I just saw the preview for the 6pm news on chanel 7 (abc) . nothing about lyme >>> wasted an hour trying to watch both abc (channel 5 in the boston area) and channel 7 news - and not a thing here ... when is dateline on, does anyone know? has there been ANY coverage yet? Not even in Friday evening's news??? seems like a waste for crews to be there the whole time without any of the footage seeing the light of day. though my dad made an incisive observation: the goods that are advertized during the news --- viagra, allergy meds, estrogen for menopause, etc --- are all paid for by DRUG companies; if they've got anything to say about it, they aren't going to want it advertized that they're in cahoots with steere and studies and vaccines ...... beth

Guest guest
Most of these crews want to use the footage for bigger stories. They will piece together stuff from the most recent vigil, Gettysburg and the OPMC into a larger story. This is the way news teams like 20/20 and 60 minutes do things. They will plan things out almost a year ahead of time sometimes. My hope is that we will see a 20 minute segment on one of these hour long shows someday and not just a 30 second shot on the evening news. Of course I wouldn't mind both. =) Robynn Re: [ ] tv tonight <<<< I just saw the preview for the 6pm news on chanel 7 (abc) . nothing about lyme >>> wasted an hour trying to watch both abc (channel 5 in the boston area) and channel 7 news - and not a thing here ... when is dateline on, does anyone know? has there been ANY coverage yet? Dateline is on monday, according to the TVguide they are doing something on cohabitation. if you ask me this is much bigger than we think, and someone, the aldf, steere have someone in their pocket. i have seen news articles about people protesting IKEA, Ilean gonzalez, breast cancer awareness, all this weekend, all with much less presence than we had. i dont get it. All I expected to see was a short segment on any of the news chanels. i cant believe they didnt at least do that, but they covered the IKEA story!!! I gave up after the 6 pm news and kept my computer on so if if I got mail from TV eyes i would be alerted. but it just didnt happen. roe __________________________________________________
Guest guest
In the U. S. - " 20/20 " on tv tonight (Friday) promises a show on " good fat " dieting. Check your local listings for time. " 48 hours " also on tonight on CBS mentions something about weight/diets as well.
