Just now I mixed one envelope of chocolate-flavor Satietrol with an envelope of Swiss Miss Diet Cocoa in the blender with 6 oz cold water and crushed ice. This was entirely palatable for a total of 100 calories. It doesn't upset my stomach, just takes the gnarly edge off my appetite and my nerves. If I rate my hunger on a scale of 1 to 10, the Satietrol takes me from a 9 or 10 down to a 1 or a 2. At this point, I feel like I could delay eating another few hours, but choose to fuel myself instead, albeit lightly. According to their website, Satietrol not only increases CCK, but improves the length of time that CCK remains high after eating, thus lengthening time between required feedings. I've found this to be true as well. I'm sure most of you don't need help with appetite control, or have worked out your own methods for dealing with it.
