Hi Al: Had no idea you are still struggling with this. What can we do to help (support) you? I once suggested counting calories but for the opposite reason than most cronies: whereas most of us want to cut down - you want to get enough!! It's good to hear that you're getting treatment. Unfortunately not eating enough IS the illness.
