Hi ,

I didn't see these " do it yourself biomarkers " as relevant although

I did do them. Like you I wasn't sure if I was doing them correctly

etc. Then it dawned on me that I was either older than or younger

than my cronological self and it really didn't matter because it

wasn't going to change how long I was going to live while practicing

calorie restriction with optimal nutrition.

As for the static balance test, do it several times during the

course of the day, not in rapid succession (that's practicing).

Then I would take the average. Do this for a few days then average

the averages. That should give you a fairly accurate measurement.

Keep a written record so that you perform the test in the same

manner years down the road.
