Guest guest
Hi , I didn't see these " do it yourself biomarkers " as relevant although I did do them. Like you I wasn't sure if I was doing them correctly etc. Then it dawned on me that I was either older than or younger than my cronological self and it really didn't matter because it wasn't going to change how long I was going to live while practicing calorie restriction with optimal nutrition. As for the static balance test, do it several times during the course of the day, not in rapid succession (that's practicing). Then I would take the average. Do this for a few days then average the averages. That should give you a fairly accurate measurement. Keep a written record so that you perform the test in the same manner years down the road. Good luck and welcome to the group, Bob --- In @y..., " jdavis6215 " <J6215@a...> wrote: > Hi Everyone: > > I am just getting started with CR, and won't start it for 2-4 weeks > (need to get tests done). Try this next time: As you stand, imagine that a string is attached to the top of your head and that someone is pulling you up by the string, like a puppet.
