See the support list files for tips on not feeling hungry. There are some

new ones to add to the file such as:

1. Guar gum mixed with water before meals. It adds bulk and a full feeling.

2. Warren 's fruit/sucralose ade: To a glass of water add a spoonful

of unsweetened fruit juice (orange, cranberry or any other flavor you can

find in the store and that you like). Add sucralose or splenda to taste.

Sip throughout the day or when hunger strikes. Warren swears by this.
