There are some new ones to add to the file such as: 1. Guar gum mixed with water before meals. It adds bulk and a full feeling. 2. Warren 's fruit/sucralose ade: To a glass of water add a spoonful of unsweetened fruit juice (orange, cranberry or any other flavor you can find in the store and that you like).
