ringworm and viral protocol questions

I have lots of question about 2 issues. I'll also be posting this

on the enzymes-autism list.

Ds had what I thought was ringworm on his back in December before we

started the VS. I treated it with tea tree oil and OoO. The

redness went away and he's left with a very very faint white spot.

Now he has another red spot on his chest. It looks like a circle of

tiny closely spaces white bumps with a red ring forming around the

edge. Is that ring worm? If so does the faint faint white spot on

his back mean the first one didn't fully go away? Or is that a

normal pigment reaction? Does this mean I need to increase my yeast

protcol? Are yeast and ring worm related? Right now he takes 1

lactobacillus sporogenes in the am with 1000mcg biotin and 1

lactobacillus rueteri in the pm. I don't see any other signs of

yeast but he's harder for me to read than my dd as far as yeast

goes.

On day 24 of our viral protocol ds had mild cold symptoms and ear

ache. I added echinacea & goldenseal. His symptoms improved but

myself and dd got them. I assumed it was just the stuff going

around and not due to the viral protocol.

2 days ago (day 30) we switched from the echinacea & goldenseal,

which ds didn't do well on (grumpy), to the Sambucol. I'm giving

him 1 1/2 tsp in the am. He immediatly was happier (except he hates

the taste/texture of the Sambucol. But he also developed a cough.

The next day I upped the VS by one. We hadn't increased the VS

since day 19 (11 days ago) and the OLE since day 20. He felt better

yesterday but today his cough is back and worse. He feels like crud

and he looks rashy on his left hip. How can I tell if his symptoms

are from the viral protocol or just what's going around? I got a

mild sore throat and stuffy nose yesterday. For anyone using

Sambucol how often do you dose it? I've just been doing 1 am dose.

should I increase that?

PS My sister called me last night to tell me there is a case of the

mumps at her dds' school. She thought I should know since my dd

didn't have all her shots (THANK GOD, unfortunately she had all but

the kindergarten booster). Is there anything to be worried about?
