Guest guest
Quick Summary: I posted a message about a proposed test for which I was seeking volunteers. Suzanne Cart wrote back an interesting reply. Surprise: Suzanne is right on the money. The results are a pleasant surprise. And they are impressive. But I did not want to reveal them publicly, because of reluctance to talk too much about libido and other such items that could upset some sensitive people (for which I apologize). > On Friday, July 26, 2002 8:54 PM, > Suzanne Cart [sMTP:massuz@...] wrote: > Hi Warren, > > Three bucks to taste-test some cocoa powder, huh? > OH WHAT AN ORDEAL, but oh well anything for you, Warren! > Count me in. There is actually quite a bit more to the story than you have suggestively (and cleverly) disguised. Those who participate in the test will discover it I hope, and bring it to light. This is a very pleasant surprise, just like the enhanced libido, and possibly as significant, if not more so, in its implications for performance in the work place and sharpening mental focus while practicing CR. Now perhaps I have let the bag out of the cat? Naw, I wouldn't do that, would I? ... to paraphrase a famous personality. By the way, below is a fascinating review of the movie " Chocolat " . If you haven't seen it, what are you waiting for? It was a superior great film, and won the raves of the film critics. Go to this website: http://www.calendarlive.com/top/1,1419,L-LATimes-Movies-X!ArticleDetail-1367 0,00.html The web address may be truncated on your Email browser, so be aware that you might have to splice it together to make it work for you on your Internet program. The movie review is terrific, and definitely worth checking out. Fascinating. After reading the critics' reviews, you will CERTAINLY want to see the film " Chocolat " , and possibly even risk experimenting with the low-calorie food product that I mentioned for testing. You won't be disappointed, and the risk is minimal, and the benefit definitely maximal. Why this information hasn't come to light previously on the List, I do not know. Thanks Suzanne for broaching the subject so delicately and cleverly. It was a delight reading your message, and obviously a continuing delight having you participate on the list! -- Warren
Guest guest
CR Support List ALL: Help! I can see it coming already. I am going to go broke trying to sponsor all the people interested in my offer to test out this ultra-low calorie cocoa powder. > On Friday 26 July 2002 Warren wrote: > ALL: > > Seeking Guinea Pigs for a Test > > Quick Summary: I am seeking a few guinea pigs to > do a test and to report back results (privately to me, > or to the List. So here is a compromise, that I hope is satisfactory. If you are willing to pay a little extra toward the cocoa product (say maybe another $4.00, to make the total $7.00), then I will be happy to send you the low-calorie cocoa product to do the test. I still end up helping to subsidize the test, and pay a little myself. But I am happy to do that for you to perform the test. Cocoa is recognized as a heart-healthy nutrient, scientifically acclaimed for its high cocoa bio-flavenoid anti-oxidant content. And it does taste pretty good, in my humble estimation. If you want to get the 10-oz can of ultra-low calorie powdered cocoa to test out, my address is: Warren 1827 W. 145th St, Suite 205 Gardena, CA 90249 Thanks for those who offer to do the test and try out the cocoa according to this slight revision of the terms. I thank you again. -- Warren
Guest guest
Iris and ALL: Re: Seeking Guinea Pigs for a Test Quick Summary: The cocoa drink product for " Guinea Pig Test " will be sent out as a free sample. There will be no charge. If a check has been sent, it will be returned uncashed, with a thank you. > On 30 Jul 2002, Iris [sMTP:ibap@...] wrote: > Warren - > > I'm planning to send you a check for the cocoa experiment, > but I also wondered what the current situation is with > regard to guar and Sucralose as well. If you have already sent out a check, I will return it uncashed (with a thank you). I do ask that you try it out with the Sucralose, to make the 10-calorie drink described below. That is the " Seeking Guinea Pig Test " title of this Email message. In fairness to those who have ordered Sucralose in the past, I will send out the cocoa for free too. Simply ask for it. It would be easier for me to include it with a shipment for another product ordered at the same time, to save on the packing and shipping cost. But I am still willing to ship out the product at no charge. Do not worry about the expense or trouble. I'm a believer. I have seen a big improvement in my life. CR is MUCH EASIER. Not necessarily from the control of food intake at meal times (Satietrol appetite suppressant helps there, to stop over-eating). The cocoa drink improvement has come in other life areas. Having a sip of Sucralose cocoa drink (10 cal/pint!) is a powerful energizer. I can go without food (and without sleep too -- maybe not good, but it works), and still can be highly effective. There has been a dramatic effect. It has really benefited one particular ad-lib family member of mine. -- 10-calorie Cocoa drink gives energy boost, esp when I am tired. -- It elevates mood, as well as energy. -- I am much more effective, mentally and physically. -- It is easy to work and achieve through the day -- no need for food. -- Energy level, thinking ability, alertness -- are all now decoupled from food intake -- a remarkable effect. -- Surprisingly, I now have one family member (who is ad-lib, not on CR) who has cut back on meals, and can go all day with only one meal. This is a shocker. I have never seen this happen before. In one period of time, this happened several days in a row -- one meal a day. -- The obvious result -- weight loss. I am starting to keep informal records of body weight, curious to see if over the next few months, there is an automatic effortless loss of some 20 to 30 pounds that should really come off. Here is how to use the cocoa product, in a message from a personal off-list Email written a few days ago: > Mix 1 TBL cocoa powder with 1 pint water sweetened > to taste with Sucralose. That will mix up to be the > very lowest 10-calorie delicious drink you ever tasted. > You can sip a pint every hour or two very > comfortably and pleasantly throughout the day. > One canister makes 60 pints. I am planning to supply the cocoa (this message), the Satietrol (a previous message), and the powdered cellulose (another previous message), and they are on order. I use them myself, and have ordered enough for others to try out.
