Guest guest
I have another theory for myself. I find no matter how much I eat (or what I eat) most of the time I am hungry about 3 hours later. My conclusion: I metabolize food quickly and digest quickly. This would be in keeping with my mostly thin frame almost (but not exculsively) my entire life. My solution is to eat 5 or 6 small meals and snacks a day. : what the heck is " Veggie Booty " ? on 7/26/2002 3:07 PM, at mrobinso@... wrote: > I personally eat three more or less equal-sized meals and am never hungry > after dinner.
