Guest guest
Re: Terri: bought the baker's (non-sweetened chocolate) and I have to be honest and tell you it's not for everyone. Without sweetener chocolate is yechhh!! I hope you're not a masochist :-) Unlike the " yechh!! " er above, I don't eat or crave sugar, or seek out artificial chemicals concoctions to masterbate my taste buds. I just haven't bought any sugar since 1974, and have long since ceased been blissfully free of dependenccy on baby formula sugar sweet sensations to coddle me through the day. I have, however, always thought chocolate tastes pretty good, and am glad that Woody 's famous prediction in " Sleeper " , a 1970's movie about someone who sleeps for twenty years and wakes up in a future world in which it has been discovered that chocolate is good for you! Woody was prescient. No need to " sugar coat " this fascinating truth! BTW, the longevity benefits of not confusing sugar with pleasure or articial sweeteners with the goodness of natural, unrefined food are worth probably considerable. I get more so much pleasure out of the sweetness of a freshsalad that I feel great pangs of pity for any " masochists " who love sugar and deny themselves their true love. Have yourself a cup of hot unsweetened chocolate, and enjoy! Terry __________________________________________________
