Yes, thanks, Francesca, for your tips. I did check the

files and did not find specifics to help my situation.

Probably a timing thing in that I, unfortunately, have

since discovered that I am allergic to MANY foods.

Thankfully, gratefully, I have a plan and am working

with a medical intuitive. I'm already experiencing

tremendous reductions in pain and congestion in the

just the first few days of eating according to her

outline. I am very hopeful and feel as if I experience

miracles daily.
