I have never succeeded in getting the RDA in less than 900 calories.

Here's a day that gets my RDA goals in 930:

Breakfast:

3 oz. smoked salmon on 1 piece whole grain bread sprinkled with wheat

germ

4 oz blueberries

Snack

1 oz almonds

6 oz lowfat plain yogurt sweetened with splenda

Lunch

Miso soup with 1 oz chopped kale and 2 oz oysters

Dinner

3 oz. grilled pork tenderloin, very lean

4 oz steamed broccoli

4 oz. steamed spinach

: I hope you don't make a habit of this. It's not a good idea to

regularly go under 1000 cal.
