Exercise/Diet for Saturday

I just joined this group. I hope it is ok to post something like

this.

As a motivator to yourself (bragging rights :)) and to others, what

did you do to help you reach your goal today?

-I just finished 23 minutes of exercise (10 on gazelle, 10 on bike, 3

arm weights/sit-ups).

-I have been drinking water instead of sweetened tea.

-Tonight, instead of ice cream, I will have blueberries.

-I usually eat way too much dinner so tonight I had half (which is

probably a normal amount).

Anyone else want to share? I would love to hear!

Hi Marg: It is Ok to post something like this. Have you been practising

CR or are you just learning about it? Tell us about yourself and what

questions you may have.
