As a motivator to yourself (bragging rights ) and to others, what did you do to help you reach your goal today? -I just finished 23 minutes of exercise (10 on gazelle, 10 on bike, 3 arm weights/sit-ups). -I have been drinking water instead of sweetened tea. -Tonight, instead of ice cream, I will have blueberries. -I usually eat way too much dinner so tonight I had half (which is probably a normal amount).
