Guest guest
Russ: I think you have something there. When I have been engrossed in something (other than eating) I have completely forgotten about my hunger or about eating. This has at times lasted for hours! Perhaps we need to talk about other subjects :-)) (sex? money? in-laws? :-)) But I do think some of the " food " tricks work. For example the guar pudding is delicious, (there I go talking about a food and its taste) filling, and delays hunger for a while, often until the next mealtime for me. How exactly did you learn to " enjoy " the hunger? Can you put it into words or a system to follow? If so, I'd like to add it to the " tips " file. on 6/30/2002 1:47 PM, Russ Abbott at RAbbott@... wrote: > I suspect that one reason people have problems with most diets, including > CRON, is that the culture surrounding the diet encourages people to spend > even more time thinking about food.
