Guest guest
HI, I was out working today and came down with a chill in late afternoon that I just couldn't shake. Been a serious CRONie for about three months and lost about 15 lbs. I have seen previous posts on the main list about always being chilly and I don't believe I am anywhere near that state of CR induced chilliness. I hate being chilly and going home to warm up wasn't an option so I fell back on old habits. Bought a mug of hot chocolate and a three fresh baked oatmeal/raisin cookies. (Oh my God! It was soooo good.) My rationale was was that I probably needed some carbohydrates to boost my metabolism. My questions are, " Is getting chilly an expected part of weight loss even though I'm not in my CR zone yet? " And, " Anybody have a better protocol for shaking the chills when the only thing available is a convenience store? " Bob
