Here's a recipe that's easy, filling, low cal and gets about 9 veggies and 2

fruits into you:

Sweet and Sour Cabbage Soup

1 head green cabbage

Couple of handfuls of raisins

1 can V-8 juice

Splenda, or other artificial to taste

1 or 1 TBS lemon juice

You will need a large pot as the uncooked cabbage takes up a lot of volume.

Shred cabbage. Add raisins and simmer in V-8 juice until tender (about 20

minutes or so). Add sweetner and lemon juice to get a delicious sweet/sour

taste. Serve either hot or cold.
